Responsibilities:

- Processes orders per the corporate procedures in a complete and accurate manner while meeting per-established time parameters.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of products, customers, administrative and production processes.
- Responding to incoming calls from customers who have questions about products or services
- Keeping track of customer orders and ensuring that orders are filled accurately and on time
- Demonstrates consistent progress towards proficiency in areas of training
- Maintaining and updating customer’s information on company’s database.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, etc.
- Checking orders for accuracy on correct prices, item numbers, customer’s information, etc.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, inquiries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Support by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
- Professional and timely communication with clients and internal departments
- Manage open orders, shipping, and backlog
- Working with a team of Application Engineers and Outside Sales support to find appropriate solutions.
- Work collaboratively with accounting on New Customer Set up, Aging, Tax documentation, and Payment Terms
- Detail Oriented and Organized individual

- Maintain files to support estimates/surveys including technical calculations, instructions, and reports.
- Proactively generate sales and promote Company products.
- Travel : As required within 150 mile radius supporting local industry specific accounts
Qualifications:
- Multitasking and organizational skills, Highly attentive to detail.
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Communicates professionally and effectively verbally and written
- Ability to give input on issues in a team atmosphere and support final team and management decisions.
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
- Time management and organization: Need to use a variety of organization methods, including calendar management
- Industry and sales experienced preferred
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Continued Education preferred
