Provide service & Customer Support during field visits or dispatches for Plate Heat Exchangers in a 5 state radius and an opportunity to help in international locations
Participate in all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnosing errors or technical problems & determine proper solutions
Flexible schedule between onsite and shop duties
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safe manner & use field automation systems
Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team & share information across organization
Comprehend customer requirements & make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Qualifications:
Adhere to all Safety Policies & Procedures which may be site specific
Proven professional field service experience
Ability to respond to on call requests after hours and on holidays as required
Timeliness in all aspects of position
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
English literacy
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules including travel
