The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are strictly followed. This role manages a team of production leads and operators, providing leadership, training, and support to drive optimal performance and efficiency.
In addition to production oversight, the Assistant Production Manager coordinates the scheduling, training, and dispatch of onsite technicians to various domestic and international work locations. This includes supervising a team that delivers customer support and repair services for all makes and models of plate heat exchangers (PHE) and related equipment.
Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently across diverse environments
